A pickup truck was involved in a collision with a minivan at Ridge Road and Nottingham Drive in East Vincent on Wednesday afternoon.
According to firefighters, nine people, at least three of whom were children, from the two vehicles were transported to Pottstown Memorial Medical Center and Phoenixville Hospital for treatment.
East Vincent police are investigating the crash, which occurred about 3 p.m. Ridge Fire Company, West End Ambulance, Goodwill Ambulance and Friendship Ambulance all responded.
Fire police from Ridge Fire Company directed traffic around the crash, which primarily blocked the westbound lane of Ridge Road.
