In the state of Arizona, it is illegal for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to drive or be in actual physical control of a motor vehicle while there is any spirituous liquor in that person’s body, under A.R.S. §4-244(34). What are the Penalties Associated with Underage DUI in Phoenix Arizona?
