According to a 2017 survey, the state of Arizona has the toughest DUI laws in the nation, followed by Georgia. There are only a couple of states that have laws relating to Super Extreme DUI and Arizona is one of them. Super Extreme DUI is a misdemeanor offense, but it comes with a jail sentence that is longer than many first-time felony offenses.

What Are the Penalties for a Scottsdale, Arizona Super Extreme DUI Conviction?

While all the penalties for a Scottsdale, AZ Super Extreme DUI conviction are severe, perhaps the most severe is a mandatory 45 days in jail. Being jailed for this length of time could negatively impact your job and your family.
